Data Deletion Instructions
If you want us to delete personal information that Third String Shirts directly controls, email hello@thirdstringshirts.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Include These Details
- Your full name
- The email address you used to contact us or place an order
- Your order number, if your request relates to a purchase
- Which platform was involved, if applicable, such as Spreadshirt or Etsy
- A short note describing what information you want deleted
What Happens Next
We may ask for enough information to verify the request before deleting anything. Once verified, we will review what data we directly control and delete eligible information within a reasonable time.
Important Limits
We can only delete information that Third String Shirts directly controls. If your request relates to checkout, payment, shipping, or account information stored by Spreadshirt, Etsy, or another third-party platform, you may need to contact that platform directly as well.
We may keep limited information when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
If You Only Browsed
If you never contacted us and never placed an order, we may not have enough personally identifiable information to locate anything beyond routine server or platform logs.
